Spoil Yourself in this one of a kind ocean/sandy beach front Corner Unit with a wraparound balcony hanging over the ocean at the front and what seems like a 'private' sandy swimming beach at the side. (An end corner Unit) This is NOT a High-Rise Complex! (no one above or below you!) A truly priceless location with extensive upgrades and Air Conditioning (a much needed rarity in West Maui Condos.)NON-SMOKING! We Rent Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum. HI TAL # W30314040-02
All recently remodeled and heavily upgraded with beautiful granite counters in the kitchen and baths, feaux-stone tile floors, custom tile work in the showers, flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Living area is downstairs with 1/2 bath while upstairs the bedrooms each have their own full baths. Included is a well supplied kitchen, upgraded linens (including beach towels) (baths come with hair dryer). There are common gas bar-b-q's just down our steps. Covered outdoor area for shade. Nothing else like this in Maui. Wake up to an ocean view before even lifting your head off of the pillow. Views of Islands Molokai and Lanai from living room and master bedroom. Watch the turtles year round and the whales jumping in the winter right from the living room and balconies . The condo is very private as it is an end unit with neighbors only to one side.
This most incredible place to stay in Maui was our personal second home and we just put it back into rental. Everyone who stays here says 'Wow' When they walk through the door. There really is no place like this right on the water! What a Gem!

Summary: Beautiful condo, with the most amazing views! Condo itself was perfect size for our family of four and very clean.The pool was a hit with the kids, but unfortunately the swell was very high during our stay and limited swimming off the beach. Enjoyed discovering new beaches as this was our first time staying on this side of Maui.Kahana Sunset is a small complex, quiet and very well taken care of by staff!We did notice however that it was frequented by an older crowd and not as family friendly as we’d hoped. Did not put a damper on our trip tho!
